Welcome to the Hope and Anchor in Flookburgh

We are located amidst the idyllic scenery of England's Lake District, only half an hour from Windermere and a five minute drive from Cartmel.

Once a busy fishing village, Flookburgh retains much of its small town charm and charisma, whilst offering much for today's visitor with numerous attractions nearby including Holker Hall, the historical village of Cartmel, while for the more adventurous visitor we are less than half a mile from Skydive North West.

We are a family run Inn with 7 en-suite rooms and a large welcoming bar; and aim to provide all of our guests with a memorable stay.
